Description
The Office of Equity provides a short training video from the CU Anschutz Office of Equity, explaining the role of the office, key policies, and employee responsibilities for preventing and addressing sexual misconduct and protected class discrimination. The training explains the Office’s mission to promote inclusion, uphold civil rights laws, and address harassment, discrimination, amorous relationships, and lactation access. The training includes that supervisors and other “responsible employees” must report concerns to the Office of Equity. It highlights supportive measures, transparent investigations, prevention education, and collaboration, encouraging staff to use resources and contact the Office or Title IX coordinator.
