Description
This training introduces you to the CU Anschutz Office of Adaptable Resources (OAR). The OAR provides a voluntary, non-disciplinary resource for addressing conflict, repairing harm, and strengthening relationships within the CU community. Grounded in respect, accountability, and healthy communication, OAR offers flexible pathways tailored to individual and group needs, including one-on-one coaching, mediation, facilitated dialogues, restorative processes, and customized workshops. Services emphasize confidentiality, participant-driven solutions, and creative problem-solving. The OAR also supports proactive conflict prevention, community-building, and strategic planning to improve workplace climate. The goal is to transform conflict into opportunities for growth, understanding, and lasting positive outcomes.
