About

CU Psych Learning

CU Psych Learning makes high-quality training available to patients, families, and providers of all backgrounds. Developed by the Learning Experience & Design (LED) Team within the University of Colorado Department of Psychiatry’s Division of Community, Population, and Public Mental Health, CU Psych Learning is a hub for education that connects expert knowledge with the communities who need it most.

The Department of Psychiatry includes more than 300 faculty members who deliver clinical services, research, and training for communities across Colorado and beyond.

Together we seek to build a mental health system that is accessible, equitable, evidence-based, and excellent.

Learning Experience & Design (LED) Team

The LED Team collaborates with faculty and external experts to design, develop, and deliver effective and learning experiences from micro-trainings to single modules to comprehensive training series. We can host trainings on the CU Psych Learning platform or adapt content for use on other platforms. We respond directly to requests from community members, partner organizations, clinical collaborators, training programs, and faculty.

Check out this “Competitive Stress for Athletes” microtraining we created for the recent Coalition of Athletic Communities for Mental Health conference.
